Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 225,857 of its own Ordinary Shares on Euronext Dublin, as part of its share buyback program initiated on 8 May 2024. The transactions ranged in price from €0.9060 to €0.9180 per share, with an average paid price of €0.9133. Following the buyback, the company will have 1,122,848,809 Ordinary Shares in issue, holding none in treasury.
