Samson Holding Ltd. is set to go private following a scheme of arrangement proposed by Glory Mount (HK) Limited, with plans for the company’s stock to be delisted. Shareholders are advised by an Independent Board Committee, backed by an Independent Financial Adviser, to vote in favor of the privatization deal which is deemed fair and reasonable. The Scheme Document detailing the proposal has been dispatched to shareholders for the upcoming Court Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting.
