On The Beach Group PLC has announced the issuance of long-term incentive plan (LTIP) awards to its senior management team, including the CEO and CFO, with awards made for nil consideration and vesting conditional on continued employment. The Remuneration Committee retains discretion to adjust vesting levels, taking into account the shareholder experience and potential windfall gains. The LTIP awards are part of the company’s strategy to align the interests of its top executives with its long-term performance.
