During the virtual Annual Meeting on September 27, 2024, shareholders of the Company made several key decisions. They elected five directors to serve until the next annual meeting, ratified the appointment of Haskell & White LLP as the independent auditor for the upcoming fiscal year, and approved both the amendment to the Plan and the compensation for the Company’s executive officers.
