Ascent Resources PLC has announced a change in major holdings, with Spreadex LTD crossing a voting rights threshold on October 1, 2024. Spreadex now holds a total of 6.8497% in combined direct and indirect voting rights, with the event being officially notified to Ascent Resources on the following day. The notification details a decrease in Spreadex’s total voting rights, which previously stood at 7.0418%.
