China Everbright Water Limited has announced a proposal to appoint KPMG LLP as its new auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, following the retirement of the current auditor, EY. This change is pending approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and is intended to comply with regulatory requirements in both Singapore and Hong Kong. The move comes as part of the company’s adherence to the SEHK and SGX-ST Listing Rules.
