Yesterday, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, CMS, and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, CMMI, released important policy updates that will broaden the access of Medicare patients managing End Stage Renal Disease, ESRD, and on dialysis to innovative new therapies.
