EBOS boosts equity‑based incentives with new performance rights issue

EBOS Group Limited ( ($NZ:EBO) ) has shared an announcement.

EBOS Group Limited has issued 690,456 new performance rights under its equity plan, representing 69.79% of all performance rights on issue and bringing the total to 1,679,722. The rights, granted at no cost and without dividend entitlements before vesting, are intended as long‑term incentives tied to financial performance tests and employee retention.

The performance conditions for these rights will be assessed for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, with each vested right convertible into one ordinary share or an equivalent cash amount at the board’s discretion. Any shares issued on vesting will rank equally with existing ordinary shares, reinforcing EBOS’s use of equity‑based remuneration to align management and staff interests with shareholders over the medium term.
