Genius Metals Inc. successfully completed a private placement, securing $757,000 in funding to propel the development of its mining portfolio in Québec and Morocco and for general working capital. Investors in the placement received units priced at $0.08, each comprising one common share and a half warrant, with each full warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.12 within 24 months.
