(TSXV: GCOM), (“Green Shift” or the “Company”) announces the grant of stock options for the purchase of an aggregate of 1,950,000 common shares to management, directors, and consultants of the Company pursuant to the terms of the Company’s share-based incentive plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.15 per common share for a period of three years and vest immediately. The options are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
