Greencoat Renewables Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 200,000 of its ordinary shares on 24th September 2024, which will be subsequently cancelled. This transaction is a part of its share buyback program announced earlier in May 2024. As a result, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for the company post-settlement will be 1,114,483,585.
