Inspiration Energy Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise $230,000 through the sale of 4,600,000 units at $0.05 each. The financing will support the Marachino Uranium Project and general corporate activities. Each unit includes a share and a five-year warrant to purchase an additional share at the same price.
