Credit Suisse analyst Fred Lee upgraded LivePerson to Neutral from Underperform with a price target of $5, down from $8. The analyst says the bear case has played out with the company’s Q4 results. The reset revenues, as well as the "much-needed" restructuring, could potentially be a fundamental inflection point for the business, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, the firm expects a slower path to recovery and in-line stock performance.
