Atlantic Equities analyst Xiao Ai initiated coverage of Meituan with an Overweight rating and HK$220 price target. The company has a dominant position in China’s food delivery market and there remains "still significant" margin expansion potential due to a better competitive environment and increasing pricing power, Ai tells investors in a research note.
