As part of the latest OpenAI funding round, Microsoft (MSFT) invested roughly $750M in the ChatGPT maker, on top of the $13B it had already put into the startup, Bloomberg’s Shirin Ghaffary, Katie Roof, and Rachel Metz report, citing a person familiar with the matter. Other investors in the latest funding round include Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Fidelity Management, Nvidia (NVDA), and SoftBank (SFTBY).
