Mystate Limited has announced a change in Director Brett Alexander Morgan’s interests, with an on-market purchase increasing his total shareholding to 63,048 fully paid ordinary shares, after acquiring an additional 10,000 shares through Xanderjane Pty Ltd for $35,950. No director interests in contracts have changed, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
