Performance Shipping (PSHG) has released an update.
Performance Shipping Inc. has announced its upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders on December 17, 2024, in Athens, where shareholders will vote on the election of a Class II Director and the ratification of Ernst & Young as auditors. The board recommends voting for its nominee, Aliki Paliou, while opposing proposals from Sphinx Investment Corp., which seeks changes in the board’s structure. Shareholders are urged to participate and cast their votes using the company’s proxy card.
