Radisson Mining Resources (TSE:RDS) has released an update.
Radisson Mining Resources Inc. is set to raise C$3 million through a non-brokered private placement to fund exploration and development of its O’Brien Gold Project in Quebec. The offering will consist of different securities, including common shares and warrants, with special incentives for Quebec investors. The funds will primarily support Canadian Exploration Expenses to advance the high-grade O’Brien Gold Project.
