Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.
Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares on October 3, 2024, at 9.86 pence per share, with the intent to cancel them. This transaction has reduced the company’s issued share capital to 821,760,026 ordinary shares, with no shares remaining in treasury, and maintains the total voting rights at the same count. Shareholders are advised that this new total is the baseline for reporting changes in their holdings as per regulatory requirements.
