SEED Innovations Limited, an AIM-quoted investment firm, has purchased 380,000 of its own shares at a uniform price of 2.08 pence each to hold in treasury, affecting the company’s total voting rights and issued share capital. This move is part of the company’s strategy to invest in high-growth life sciences and technology ventures, providing investors access to opportunities usually beyond their reach. Following the transaction, SEED’s total issued share capital is reduced, but it retains agility for future investment opportunities.
