Sinjia Land Limited announces a reshuffle in its board as Mr. Darrell Lim Chee Lek joins as the Non-Executive and Independent Director, taking on chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee and membership in both the Audit and Nominating Committees. Concurrently, Mr. Cheung Chi Kin will step down from his directorial role, leading to new board dynamics starting 3 September 2024.
