Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd. invites shareholders to a Special Meeting on November 4, 2024, to vote on appointing Mr. Moshe Arkin as interim CEO alongside his current role as Executive Chairman, and to approve the 2024 Employees Share Incentive Plan. Shareholders as of September 25, 2024, are entitled to vote and are urged by the Board to vote in favor of the proposals. Detailed voting instructions and proxy materials are available, with the Board recommending a favorable vote for both agenda items.
