Tungsten Mining NL has announced an amendment to its 2024 Annual General Meeting notice to include a resolution for issuing shares to acquire the remaining interest in the Hatches Creek Tungsten Project. Shareholders are encouraged to access meeting documents electronically to save on costs. The company has provided a replacement proxy form for voting on the new resolution.
