UBS Group AG’s trading book holdings in Earnz PLC have dropped below the 5% reporting threshold, exempting them from disclosure obligations. This change in holdings, which took place on October 1, 2024, has been formally notified to the issuer and the Financial Conduct Authority as of October 3, 2024. Prior to this change, UBS held 6.933870% of voting rights in Earnz PLC.
