The Ultimate Fighting Championship, which is owned by TKO Group (TKO), seeks to get more than $1B a year in its next media-rights deal, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Lucas Shaw. The UFC’s deal with Disney’s (DIS) ESPN expires at the end of 2025 and the two sides are entering an exclusive negotiating window later this month, notes the story, which also points out that $1B per year would more than double what EPSN currently pays.
