China Investment Fund Company Limited (HK:0612) has released an update.
At the recent annual general meeting of Ding Yi Feng Holdings Group International Limited, shareholders unanimously passed all resolutions, including the re-election of directors, the acceptance of financial statements, and the re-appointment of auditors with 100% approval on each resolution, except for two resolutions which received 99.99% approval. The meeting saw full attendance by directors and there were no voting restrictions for shareholders. This overwhelming support reflects strong shareholder confidence in the company’s governance and strategic direction.
